Growing up, I struggled with self-doubt, anxiety, and a constant feeling of being lost in the chaos of life. It seemed like everyone around me had it all figured out, while I was grappling with insecurities and uncertainties. The turning point came when I hit rock bottom, feeling utterly defeated and hopeless. It was in the dark moment, that I made a choice – to take control of my life and embark on a journey of self – discovery.
