theories about how and what they were used for. Most consist of 5 - 15 raised stones with spaces between them, placed in a circle. There may be a centre stone and other stones outside that are energetically connected to the stones in the ring. In other countries there are larger circular stone rings with 17 - 19 standing stones, maybe more? It is possible that there have been such in Sweden too, but the stones have probably been moved away a long time ago. We can see piles of stones lying at the edge of a field and the thought then goes that the farmer has cleared the land, but we can also suspect that they have once been moved from the places where they were placed and then used for something else. The development of agriculture and of residential areas has meant that they have had to make room for other things that are needed in our time.
One example is a trident in Vallentuna where it was changed to a rectangular shape a long time ago. The energy string that is always in the middle of a trident is still there and can be used. Another example is a trident in Upplands Väsby that was moved a couple of hundred meters to make room for housing. The energy string is still there where it once stood, in the middle of the residential area.

First and foremost, it is the number of stones in the ring that affects the frequency of the energy. In addition, there may be more seemingly insignificant stones outside, which should also be included in the energy area. If there is a center stone, it also affects it. If a Leyline or other energy passes through the stone ring, it affects the composition of the energy flow. Additional energy forms that are hidden in the ground between the stones can be, for example, an energy channel, rosette, solar cross, earth cross and spiral, which lead to different frequencies coming to the surface and have a protective, preventive and restorative effect on us. We are charged and purified, energies settle in certain areas of the body where they are needed for self- healing. For me, the energies coming from the ground show as color and shape, but you can just as well feel them with a pointer or a talisman. How you feel or perceive the energies depends on the degree of sensitivity you have developed. It can feel like its tingling, trembling, prickling , vibrating, hot, cold, you can get tired, get a headache, feel sick or just be happy and feel very good. Is it possible to increase the energy density inside a stone ring?
Yes, that's my experience! You can increase your energy if you have contact with the energies. You can do this by walking between the stones, dancing or singing. The energy of the stone rings gives you answers to how it wants it. Ask the pointer or the impact box and you will get an answer!
When it works, the energy rises from the earths interior, for us to tap into for healing and preventive purposes. One way is to walk a pattern, an energy drawing, where you walk clockwise around every other stone, also clockwise, for a total of two laps. It is possible that you can walk several different patterns around the stones to get the energy in the stone ring going , but I have not tried that yet.
When you enter a stone ring and want to receive the energy, it can initially feel
sluggish. The energy doesn't start as expected. My theory is that it has been a very long time since anyone approached the energy and it takes time for it to come to the surface after many hundreds of years of dormancy. But it is there, so be patient and wait a while, then it will happen. Physical reactions you may have seem to vary between individuals. You may feel dizzy, become calmer, lighter in the body or you may become very tired and want to lie down or get a headache. The energy is then working at full speed! In general, I would say that in the Acupuncture System we are charged up (our internal electricity) weak volts, increase and for me it becomes red, what is otherwise yellow in colour.
What can happen when the energy comes to the surface?

The energy can settle around us, about 3-4 meters outside our physical body and thus provides good protection. It can also form a dome over our heads. It can enter the various energy systems and dissolve blockages and generally clear out energies in various organs. It can settle in an organ which then recovers for a longer period of time. When you have a protective energy in your aura, it also affects others around you. This gives them an idea of you on an unconscious level and they get to share your energy.

How long does the energy's effect on the body last?

My observations are that the body seems to have a limited ability to store energies of this kind. We use it up over time and it needs to be replaced with new ones after a while. The 16 week interval seems to be good. I have seen this on a number of occasions and conclude that the energy stays for about 16 weeks in everyone after a visit to a power site.
If you used to follow the seasons and walk/travel between different power places, you would receive different types of protective energy. Perhaps you chose a power place depending on the type of everyday life or stress that lay ahead.
I could of course be wrong, but these energies charge us with different types of
protection and strength that could/may be needed even today depending on what we face. I think its wise to replenish your energy four times a year!

Below are experiences of energies in a stone ring in Skärholmen/Stockholm.
In Skärholmen, south of Stockholm, there is unexpectedly a stone ring.
On a common in the residential area it is located with 9 stones in a circle, a center
stone and smaller stones between the outer edge and around the center stone. During the 1960s it was excavated by archaeologists and the stones have been repositioned in their correct places, which allows the energy to work. Under the stones were found ashes from cremated people and objects of various kinds. For example, coal, an iron key, ceramics, burned bones, resin seals and bronze buckles, one of which is at the Historical Museum in Stockholm. I have brought friends and the Stockholm Geothermal Society here several times to see how the energy affects.
One spring day in early May 2023, I will go here with Ann Henemo and Roland
Karlsson to convey thoughts about the healing power of the stones and, together with them, take part in the healing at the site. We had a nice afternoon in the beautiful warmth of the sun. The large stones look like they have been stacked on other smaller stones and a sign says that it is a burial site. Between the large stones, smaller stones are lined up so that a clear circle has been formed and closed with their help.

To begin with, the ground between the stones has no charge, I cannot see the energy, but when I ask where to start walking the "Caim" pattern, I get a clear answer from the pointer that it will be good. I feel where the entrance is where I should start walking. This is, so to speak, the gate/portal into the ring. I walk clockwise in the ring and clockwise around every other stone, starting with the one to my left. A red energy comes up and settles in the ground inside the stones. The stone in the middle takes on a ruby red colour and all three of us become red in the Acupuncture System. The ruby red colour is the original colour/frequency and is associated with the zero chakra area under the feet, the area that controls our instincts.
We wonder, could it be a 9 chakra system represented here by the nine stones? The chakra system where it is imagined that we all have nine areas of energy that activate our qualities and abilities inside and outside the body.
I make a second attempt to get the energy going by walking clockwise around all the stones, and when I walk this way, all that happens is that the red energy remains and possibly gets stronger.
A third attempt and I walk in waves on the inside of the stones, I walk up the counter stones and a bit towards the centre. What happens then is that a saturated dark blue healing energy appears and covers the red. At the same time we become dark blue in the Souls energy system and in almost all the chakras. A ruby red energy settles in Panncharat.
Ann wants to try a different way and goes outward and inward to the center stone, like in a star. What happens then is that the dark blue energy contracts, like in several bands straight out from the centre stone to the outer ones.
The red energy becomes visible again after a while, but after a while it releases and I once again see the dark blue energy spreading out and covering the surface between the stones.

We have previously experienced that pain disappears when you enter a power place and the energy kicks in. The same thing happens here at the place, Ann's aching knee does not hurt, as long as we are in the increased energy frequency.
Finally I still go clockwise, but counter clockwise around every other stone and
already after the first stone we feel the energy immediately decrease. The area goes back to its original frequency and the energy is no longer visible to me. Amazing experience!
